Once you have Sammun-Mak up and about running around in Max's body, you can get started on getting the achievement for this episode. You have to use the Rhinoplasty Toy on every possible image in both the museum chapter and the Sammun-Mak's Reality chapter. Most of them are story driven, but there are a couple that are missable and they're both in the Museum. Make sure to use the Rhinoplasty Toy on the picture of the seven-sided pyramid in the Egypt exhibit and the dog skull picture next to Sal.
