Welcome to Part 12 of this Silent Hill Let's Play, this is the game that started it all for me, it changed the way I thought about survival horror and deep dark lore & tragic storytelling in video-games, Silent Hill came out in 1999 when I was 8 years old and I probably played it way too young, however Its forever made its mark on me and led to a long and mostly enjoyable relationship with this game series, I'll try to discuss my love for the first 3/4 entries further as these videos progress, Silent Hill is an incredibly disturbing game but the way Team Silent crafted these titles make the way the horror is presented very unique and ingenious. I do not have the capability to capture this on a all singing all dancing HD PC Mod so I apologize if it looks like its original 1999 release on PS1 but that's the game I'm playing.
