This is part two of my Lets Play: SimCity series. In this part I try to increase the population density of Petrol Bay, only to figure out that the reason the city is losing money is the oil industry. Much of the tax dollars were going to the oil industry, but we weren't actually selling any of the oil. I lost track of time and this part ended up being very long.
