This is kind of a rough lets play to get through, so I will understand if its not for everyone. SOMA deals with some pretty dark themes, but I really really dig the Scifi concepts it is grappling with, so I try to engage with them on that level. If you want to confront mortality and what it means to be human, be alive, be a consciousness, and where those lines blur and are fuzzy, this game is for. It is, or rather, was, a horror game, but I will be playing on Baby Mode where the monsters can't hurt me... and that fundamentally changes the narrative of the game in an interesting way, or so I find it to.
