This is Soul Anchor, created by Zwei and released in the summer of 2012 for Comiket 82. Not many people talk about this one, but it's an unconventional platforming-game about climbing to great heights with a tool you wouldn't expect to use for these purposes. Can we prove our worth as Captain Murasa Minamitsu and make Lady Byakuren proud?
(We technically can't, because Byakuren rejects pride with an iron conviction)
