84Welcome to Starship Titanic: The ship that cannot possibly.....go wrong. Your job is to find all the things that in fact HAVE gone wrong, and fixing them. First thing you need to do is to get situated with a room in your Super-Galactic Traveler's Class stateroom. Once you're there, you can work on upgrading to a class where you can gain access to where the problematic issues lie and start fixing them.
To get this game to work on Vista and above systems, you'll need to patch SS with a few files and then right-click on the .exe file and set the compatibility to Windows Vista (Service Pack 1). The link to the files you need to patch the game are here: http://starshiptitanic.com/game/patches.html (you'll most likely need to download the Cyrix 6x86 patch and the three patches for Original SS, SS 1.00.42a and SS 1.00.42b.) Install the Cyrix patch first, then hit the other patches in order (One of the 3 should install successfully.)
