The sequel to the first Streets of Rage may look like a clone in terms of level design but plays a LOT better! Firstly the specials are done by each of the characters rather than the cops using a rocket launcher and once per life, secondly, we have 2 new characters Max, the power character who is quite Hulk-like, and Skate, Adam's little brother who is very agile to make up for his lack of strength!
