He's going to take on the Prankster Comets and deal with all the handicaps going like time limits, enemy romps, and daredevil runs. Even Luigi gets in on the action later on. And we're stuck with these "pranks" until we get enough Power Stars to move on in World S. Well, the only thing we do now is to out prank the prank. If you can't beat them, join them.
