13Let's Play The Chronicles of Nyanya – An Actually Good RPG Maker Game! Honestly I mean that, The Chronicles of Nyanya is one of those really fun, really funny rpg maker games. Its kind of one of those JRPG/RPG parody games. So, let’s get into what The Chronicles of Nyanya actually is, to me. It’s a sort of classic parody of an RPG. This isn’t bad, what I mean is, the game knows what it is and it does what it is properly. It’s meant to be a funny rpg maker game, that parodies rpgs and jrpgs. It’s also filled with memes and jokes and references to all sorts of movies and anime.
One of my favorite references is to terminator in Purrpurr’s “Come With me if you want to live.” It’s really well done. The game is fantastic, the combat is hilarious, the comedic timing is perfectly well done. Honestly, I have to thank Grynch for giving me a key to this game, allowing me to make a Let’s Play of The Chronicles of Nyana. I don’t know if I will do a full playthrough of The Chronicles of nyanya, but if you guys want me to I will! I know I will be playing this game on my own time and loving every minute of it.
Also I love that this is also a sort of anime videogame parody… videogame anime parody? I Don’t know how it goes, but pretty much, They have anime characters tossed into the game. Example at the end with Meowurto. I love this game, I love that the main character pretty much becomes the first assassin from Assissn’s creed, Altair? I keep misspelling his name. But seriously, this is one of the best rpg maker games I’ve played and one of the funniest rpg parodies. Seriously check it out, it’s well worth the time.
