Let's Play The Forest at maximum settings! This gameplay walkthrough video shows how to cook rabbits, make a basic hunting shelter, bombs, molotovs, basic walls, and me surviving several days playing cat-and-mouse to a group of cannibals loitering around my base which I was trying so hard to complete. The shelter finally got erected in the last few minutes of this The Forest gameplay video.

This is an EARLY ACCESS game so naturally, there are bugs.

Bugs observed:

3:31 - No water; underwater plant life that looks like regular plants
4:34 - Weird blue beams stretching from the sky to the ground
5:27 - Natives walking underwater
6:12 - Can inspect inventory while swimming?
11:25 - How to make a basic hunting shelter; use the "R" button to rotate; not the right click mouse button. The button you used confused me. Devs: You guys might want to change the graphic to that of a keyboard icon
15:24 - The game's log: confusing. What items did I just get? Sometimes the game tells me what it was; sometimes it doesn't.
18:11 - I had difficulty locating the effigy page
52:46, 53:09 - Items sticking together when you mess with your inventory --- you get to see weird things like heads being stuck to axes, etc.
53:11 - Once I take out a molotov, how do I safely put it back in? If I pick another item, the character drops it to the floor, and he gets burned.
54:55 - I killed only two natives but messing with your inventory results in a lot of body parts chucked out. Very unrealistic.
