Continuing through the western woods in the past. Eventually you'll find Mystery Seeds,which Queen Ambi has been searching for. This will get you Bombs in exchange for the seeds. You'll also see Nayru controlling the queen,but she seems to have an aversion to the Mystery Seeds for some reason. You can Bomb open the next dungeon now,the Wing Dungeon. The miniboss here is called Swoop,strike at him when he tries to crush you on the ground. The treasure of this place is Roc's Feather,allowing you to jump and solve various puzzles in here. The boss is called Head Twomp. You'll need to time it right and toss a bomb into it's head when it's red to hurt it,all other colors will make it attack. Also drops bombs if you run low. You get the Ancient Wood Essence for winning.
