Let's Play the OTHER Kyrandia, ep. 2: The Forest Tour
3I take us on a tour through all the special locations in the dark forest while searching for gems to try as birthstones and failing at other puzzles even though I've done them before.
I almost got my first birthstone in this 50-minute episode.
Also, I apologize for the audio/video desync in this video. I'm now considering using a different method of capturing video that won't be subject to the problem.

The last letter of each word, if taken as an acrostic, spell "FYLISATAFYLISATA". No idea what that means. Anyone?
Similar elements to Legend of Kyrandia seen in this episode:
* A silver altar, although this one is used for the birthstone puzzle instead of being an amulet dispenser
* A spring, but no sunstone hidden in the stream
* A dead wooded glade, though the puzzle there is completely different
* A Tree of Rubies, complete with snake ready to strike
* Pine cones, but not lying on the ground
* A magical fountain, without a statue
* Bushes that are magically on fire, in this case a whole thicket
* A brook that may have something hidden in it, but I'm sure it's not a sunstone, since that's not one of the gemstones in this game
* A tree with a singing bird in it, but no puzzle associated with it AFAIK
* A grave, but again no puzzle
* A stump
* A lagoon, with some association with Pegasus
* A waterfall (two actually), though with no rainbow described
That's 13 more things in less than an hour, and this LP is just getting started. On the other hand, note the number of things unique to this game.
If you're wondering why the text is now green instead of cyan, I have no idea either. They just decided to make it cyan the first time you play and green thereafter.
I recommend viewing this at no less than 360p; the text is almost illegible at 240p.
