We finally get into the next dungeon on our list! The "Temple of Slaughter"! The dungeon with my crossbows and a decent set of daggers I could use.. As well as the next in the order. Things get a little heated at times between the boys and I, tempers flare a bit as we get a little frustrated (I think we all started having visions of the Shaikal fight again..) Everyone thinks they know exactly the right way, and it takes some of my friends a bit longer to follow simple directions and put egos to the side BUT we do eventually get everyone to work together and put in some solid attempts on Rex Chimaerus until we FINALLY take him down! Not as much of a pop off moment as Shaikal but honestly we all had an insanely long weekend and I think both our physical and social batteries are drained a bit here. Id also recorded four or five other episodes already and another earlier in the morning for another series so I was already a bit worn down but we eventually lock it in and have a great time learning a fun fight! I felt like I was in the Cirque Du Soleil during this fight I loved it even if I was frustrated talking to brick walls and ego freaks! HA! (They're my friends I can say that)
