The accomplice in CEOnapping Ms Huge And Completely Unnecessary Cleavage still hasn't recovered from his run-in with the only bullet in the entire series that doesn't split in half, and indeed needs a pacemaker. The police have a plan to track Ms Long Nickname (better) down, namely by installing a GPS in the pacemaker. Stiles, being a doctor with a brain, doesn't agree with the plan to 'let' the patient escape so that he can lead the blues to Ms Long Nickname.
