Let's Play Tunnels & Trolls 6 - Oh Go Away, You Blue Beetle Cultists!

We find out the hard way that resting on the balcony, although safe, does NOT make the Blue Beetle cultists go away - but the "Oh, Go Away" spell during combat does (up to 3 targets -- makes the rest of the battle much easier!). We then rescue the "sacrificial victim" (who's still very much alive) from below the Blue Beetle God altar, earning 2 level-ups for each party member. Afterwards, we head to a mansion on the north side of the district, and help the human partisans defeat the orc army inside -- earning another level-up per character. (Off-camera, we retry the mansion battles, following the cluebook's recommended tactics of running away from each battle - and earn the level-ups with less damage to the party, as well as a different random weapon as part of the reward!)
