Underneath Castle Britain, I enter Hythloth. Here, I find the Hot Air Balloon, which allows me unrestricted travel w/o enemy encounters. With it, I was able to find the Serpent Spine Mnts NW of Britain. Inside, I find the Scale, and at last, the White Stone of Spirituality. I swung by Minoc to give Zircon the Scale so he can make me the +2 Axe. Went all the way back to Hythloth to the 8th floor so I can go to the Altars of Truth, Love & Courage to retreive the 3-Parts Key. Lastly, I went to Minoc & waited for the 2 Full Moons so I can reach the Shrine of Spirituality.
