59Wario has realized that he has had a key to the giant chest this entire time - what does this mean? Not that the entire game was useless, but that it is time to fight the final boss - the evil Black Jewel.
The tentacled menace throws down with Wario, but since he's such an ill-designed boss, Wario and all his sexiness eventually wins.
And that, my friends, wraps up this LP of Wario World. If you have a Wii or working GameCube, go out and buy this game, it's well worth it.
