Managed to find the last scroll hinting on how to use the portals. Solution was actually very simple! The only proble is the other side of those portals.

NOTE: Birds chirping is quite hearable in second part of this vid, those come from my parrots. They usually are a lot quiter than this, but actually give a nice vibe to the outside of caves
