Welcome back to Yu-Gi-Oh GX and the Season 2 finale of Legacy of the Duelist. It's graduation day at Duel Academy and Chancellor Sheppard announces that the top three duelists in the graduating class are Alexis, Chazz, and Syrus. After graduation Jade runs into a familliar face who wants to see if Jaden has become a duelist worthy of having the Winged Kuriboh card he received at the start of the series. The final duel is against Yugi himself. We kind of know what to expect out of Yugi's deck, but there might be a few more surprises in store for us than we know.

NOTE: I mention in the video what happens in the duel in the anime. After recording this video I found the duel on YouTube and watched it again. Somehow Jaden apparently gets sent back in time and actually battles Yugi for most of the duel until Yami comes out right at the end to help summon Slifer the Sky Dragon. While the duel doesn't actually show who won, the consensus is that after Jaden "got back what he lost" (which given what Season 4 was about I'm guessing it was his passion or enjoyment for dueling), and seeing as how he couldn't defeat Slifer, he still had Elemental Hero Neos attack Slifer (Slifer had 5000 ATK) and possibly end the duel on his terms.
