Let's Reenact Majora's Mask Randomizer Episode 13
1Alright, so for this episode, much like the end of the previous episode, I lost all game footage. Instead of rerecording, I decided to try and duplicate the footage based entirely off my memory, a few notes, and the commentary. There's some editing here and there, and this is the end result. A few segments didn't work as well as I hoped but I think the more important ones are synched up alright.
Here's a bit of info on the Majora's Mask randomizer:
-It is a hack of Majora's Mask created by DeathBasket
-Your file name determines how your items are randomized. Using the same name again will have those items in the same location.
-The game starts in the Clock Tower as human Link with the Ocarina and Song of Time already in possession.
-All major items, quest objects, upgrades are randomized with a few exceptions.
-The Major Transformation Masks (Deku, Goron, Zora) are randomized amongst themselves.
-Bottle pickups are randomized amongst themselves.
-This entire wall of text was accidently deleted and retyped based on memory, some notes, and the commentary.
- All wallet sizes are increased. Kid sized=250, Adult sized =500, Giant sized= 999
-Heart Pieces, Songs, Tingle's Maps are not randomized (although Heart Pieces may actually be randomized amongst themselves, you just can't tell the difference)
-The following items are not random: Bombs, Bombchus, Small Bomb Bag (other sizes are), Lens of Truth, Mirror Shield, Zora Eggs, Kotake's Red Potion (only the first time when you get it in a bottle)
Some items may appear to be the normal items during cutscenes or opening chests but actually are something different. You have to check your inventory to see what glorious item the randomizer has gifted.
