A "Revisit Challenge Video" of Doom II: Map07: Dead Simple, on the Ultra-Violence difficulty, getting 100% Kills, Items and Secrets, using only the Super Shotgun, and no Arachnotron Area allowed.
And for an extra challenge: Fast Monsters enabled.

This challenge, being a revisit video over a year after my first attempt at it, was actually not that difficult, considering it's also on the Fast Monster setting. Being very aware of your ammo makes your shots more accurate and precise, and there is just enough cover from the pillars to provide enough protection for little breathers. The toughest part, at least for me, were the Arachnotrons - they have a very wide hit-box, and sometimes you think you can slide by one of them, but end up getting caught by their invisible box, and as a result take loads of damage. I also make an effort to not grab any of the Invisibility Spheres until after I kill everything - being invisible makes it tougher to dodge.
