The gameplay can likely be compared to Smite due to the all skillshot based fighting (some projectiles moves slower which mean they can be dodged more easily) and the addition of tower defense elements as well as the offence/defense elements cause for interesting strategy and a depth of gameplay. here is the official synopsis on the wiki:
