12Wow, what a gem of a visual novel I found for this week's Gander! I was drawn in by the '80s vibes and gorgeous artwork, and then got drawn into a weird mystery that's right up my alley! I'll definitely be keeping a very close eye on this going forward!

*~* Franks Hollow is the small American mountain town where you will find yourself living. The time period is somewhere around the late 1980's. The town is surrounded on all sides by thick mysterious woodlands and jagged mountain ranges... there's a single road leading in and out... but has Marty ever thought to leave? By day Marty lives his life normally enough and attends Rollings High School... but at night the town takes a turn for the mysterious... and becomes somewhere that might not be safe to explore in the moonlight. There's an odd number of abandoned complexes hidden away in the woods outside town... including an abandoned mall? Why they were ever built in the first place in such a remote location? It's a mystery to Marty that's for sure. Who knows what else could be hidden away up in there in the thick and ominous woods. There's a rumor that the government did some major excavations under the mountains back in the 1940s during the war... but who really knows for sure? *~*
