My Playstation 5 no longer turns on. Did all the testing with cords and plugs and troubleshooting and all that. Nothing. Fortunately, Sony has a great policy where if it doens't work they'll fix it for you and send it straight back. They'll even provide the shipping box for you to make it all work.

It took a month from filling out the form to them sending me the box, shipping it and Sony shipping it back.
