The game is very roguelike: You go in, fight enemies, get lost in procedurally generated dungeon, die, lose everything, start all over. Invest in potions to get more and open up new skills, weapons and spells with collected points. Hopefully you can get a bit farther in each run. And if it's too difficult, you can use assist mode / easy mode / casual mode which makes the whole thing easier to deal with!
