The Crimson Diamond is a retro-inspired typing-driven adventure game that takes place in Ontario circa 1914. You've been sent by the museum to look into findings of a big ol' diamond being found in Crimson, Ontario. Upon getting there, your bag goes missing, and most of the people you meet are extremely dismissive of you. It's something. In the demo you'll get to meet the cast, explore the Lodge, eat dinner, get drunk (optional), and eavesdrop on people for saucy gossip. The demo is a distinctly work in progress, so keep that in mind.
Potion Prodigy is a cute hidden item/unpacking hybrid style game where you, a new witch have to make potions. It's a cute idea, and I loved the aesthetic. Sadly the demo is _very_ short as it was made for an education course on game-making. It's a very anemic demo, which is a shame because it's got a lot of charm.
Elden: Path of the Forgotten is not an Elden Ring clone, and I can say that because it came out before Elden Ring. It is, however, a soulslike in that you are dropped into the world with little knowledge other than your control setup, and a very quick education that if it moves, it probably wants you dead. Beyond that there is no explanation, lore, or hand-holding. You gotta just piece things together. It's tough, but not terribly so, and I really dig the aesthetic of the game. Sadly the combat is juuuust a bit too clunky for me to want to keep playing it, but that may not be a barrier to all.
