Remember that Ghoul Rats are not necessarily a bad thing. It ruins your movement yes. But when you are in Wolf-Mode and if you lunge they will be short range, very fast, and have the same power. This means that you can spam it against large Chu's and obliterate them.

I may have already said this, but if you ever see a Freezard put on your Magic Armor, you will almost always get hurt. Chalkins and Mini-Freezard's you might be able to survive without the armor but it doesn't hurt to be safe.

Two Darknuts! Much the same as one, but try not to get in between them. Also be willing to switch targets very quickly. Strike at them when they slash and miss, and keep moving. Have fun!
