Okay, let's explore, every spot that has sand by the way will spawn Moldorms. They are easy to kill and dodge, but they can be irritating. Use the Clawshot to grab the Moldorms out of the sand. Also there are Peahats everywhere. These are friendly flying units that you can grab with your Clawshot and use to fly.

Use the Peahats to climb to the area with the giant...stone....rectangle. Why is there a RECTANGLE?! Get to the top and you'll find Shadow Beasts, which is what we wanted. This bridge is the bridge that was teleported away at Eldin, so let's go teleport it back to it's spot. The whole that is left is the Cave of Ordeals. You can go in if you want, but it's not needed. Basically it's room after room of monsters with prizes, but you need certain items to keep going, so we won't go through till we can completely go through.

Upon coming back we...hey...is that a Clawshot target? Let's explore! I mean...100 Rupees and Heart Piece...awesome!
