Okay, let's head to the one room we saw...earlier...there's a sword that is tied down. That's weird...And it's moving, that's bad.
This is the Death Sword, while he is invisible you MUST turn into a Wolf, then attack him while he's not swinging his sword. This is quite similar to taking down Poes actually. He then will start flying around you, hit him with your Bow, Boomerang, or Clawshot, any will work. He'll then try to hit you again, get around him and attack. He'll keep switching back and forth between needing to be attacked by a Wolf and flying around, so be on your guard.
And no, this isn't the Arbiter. I wish it was though, where is this guy?
Let's see what he was guarding...a top. He was guarding a top. No even better, we get the Spinner! This fun toy allows us to go over sand and to ride along the railings we keep seeing on the walls. It also can be used to take down a large amount of small enemies (Rats, Stalkins, ect.) This is one of the weirder items, but it's fun to play with.
