Ooh, wait, there are 2 Poes and a Male Dragonfly in Zora's Domain. To get the Male Dragonfly go to the west area, and climb up that slope (By the 2 rocks in which one is big and the other is small.) Keep going up that slope to kill the first Poe. Now go to the other side and start climbing up to the top the hard way, and you'll spot another Poe.
Okay, now let's get going...ooh...that area looks cold.
