Level: Max - The Quest to End them All! - Part 112 - Miscellaneous - Let's Fail at ESV: Skyrim!
0Now for the second round of Miscellaneous! First one up is when you are level 80 a very large guy in Ebony Armor will meet you and challenge you...and you kill him. That's it. Except he is really strong. But we'll take him down later.
Next up is Arniel's Endeavor, which you just give him 10 Dwarven Cogs, clear a dungeon, then take a crystal and heat it up in multiple ovens. But now we have to wait a while.
Let's try something else stupid: Summoning Karstagg! This guy is incredibly hard. He'll use Blizzard Spells, Ice Aura spells. Pretty much invincible to Ice/Lightning, fights like a Giant and hits just as hard...it's a pain all around.
Now for another Pain in my neck, the Ebony Warrior. This guy is ridiculously strong and comes with actually very few tricks. He uses Fus Ro Dah, Ice Cloak, A Sword that Drains Health, some healing Potions, and a really nice Bow. This guy is once again just ridiculously tough for no reason. Not sure how to give advice on it to be honest...
Back to Arniel's Endeavor, this time the package that he needed was lost because the delivery man got kidnapped, now go clear a dungeon again. And bring him back the Dagger and he'll...disappear. Well now I feel bad. Basically we get a neat dagger and can summon Arniel as a Shade, which is nice.
Now for the Master Magic Ritual Quests, basically once you have 100 of a Magical Skill go talk to each of the Masters at the College, first up is Conjuration, where we summon a Daedric a few times and then call it good. As a reward we can buy Master Conjuration Spells!
Next is Illusion, basically you are given a spell and told to find 4 invisibile books in the College. Simple enough.
Now for the Destruction Quest, basically we are handed a book and told to figure out 3 different riddles, not too bad.
Restoration is also pretty simple, remember the Augur? Go talk to him and he'll give you a challenge, which is essentially "Survive Naked only using Magic" which is you really just summoning something as a distraction, healing, and using wards.
Alteration is also pretty simple, first we clear a dungeon to get a dagger, then you kill any dragon. That's it. Go team.
Now we can't complete the quest for this yet, but basically we need to get every Dragon Priest Mask, the last one we can't get yet until we get farther down the main quest.
And now at long last it is time for the Stones of Barenziah Quest! Basically we need to go find 24 different Stones hidden all around Skyrim. Once we get that we need to go on a small quest to find a Crown, then we get an ability that basically makes it so we can find tons of different gems everywhere!
Wait...is that...the Main quest I hear Beckoning?!
