Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: The Hyperstone Heist is a whole lot like Turtles in Time except with somewhat different levels and it's on Sega Genesis. The sound is generally not as great, and there's no mode seven so you can't throw enemies toward the screen. But overall, it's still pretty good.

Anyway, there's a level select code! On the title screen, press A, B, B, C, C, C, B, A, then select a game mode. This should take you to a mostly black screen with the option to choose the level AND the area (which is basically which checkpoint you want to start at).
