A video sample to go along with the following segment of a tutorial created by ladyissoalluring:

"Moonbase is the first choice of levelling spots that you will have for Peppita. Personally I think it is a stage that was made for her. You have the enemies that are weak to water/ice and have low MP and Peppita who is basically handed the awesme water elemental Spike Shoes on a plate, has counter attacks and skills that do good MP damage and finally as if that weren't enough soon gains Power Dance to boost damage output even further o_o

The max explotation of enemies in this place for Peppita to level up and gain Power Dance in one to two battles is solo fighting two bi-pedal robots.

Strategy - Important! - Save your game before trying. Have Peppita alone in battle w/th Spike Shoes + Alabative Shield + accessories of choice. Fight a running man type robot on the field screen and initiate battle w/th it. If it's two bi-pedal robots all well and good if not run away/reset if you have to. Once you have two bi-pedal robots wait until they are within Peppita's short range. Position Peppita slightly in front of them and as they initiate an attack tap O. If done correctly Peppita's counter attack will trigger w/th her becoming invincible as well as doing great damage to the enemy. Repeat if you have to but if the ice balls on the Spike Shoes trigger Peppita will manage to take both bi-pedal enemies out at once even on higher difficulty modes."

Shows Peppita's journey from Level 1 to 30, which is a good party average for that time. Also this is without any EXP-incresing factors, so the leveling time can be much shorter.
