Made a new tree test.
changed all trees on the Westhill track.
these are made in resolution 12000x12000
downsized to 2048(used in video).
it looks like LFS does the cut on treelines.
however these trees are around twice as good quality as default trees.
i have asked in community what trees people would want on tracks.
so i could literally make them.
now prepped around 200 different species of trees.
and the best part is they are free to use for anyone.
so its also perfectly legal to use them
every tree cutout is recut in a better cutting tool to get rid of white edges.
this took me like 16 hours to do.
but it also means i got them all prepped now so all i need to do really is place them on the LFS files and voila new trees.
in the video you can see what i also speak about in the thread on forums.
the cut LFS treeline makes. quite weird it does that as the file is extending longer in mapping. but it does so in oob space.
and that sounds good because not on track. however the treelines are visible from all over track as a background image. hence it gets annoying to look at that weird cut.(not natural).
in this test i used populous,birch,large pine,salixa alba,and a few more for bushes ,one with purple flowers ,one with red flowers. one with color etc.
also fixed wstplants3 in this video.
