Rotation:
Hymn is priority, refresh Hymn whenever it expires, then prioritize LY's, then back to Anjo.
In the order of highest importance to lowest.
Anjo's S2 , LY S2, LY S1, Anjo S1.
Assuming we just generated Anjo's Ult
Round 1: S1 LY, S2 LY, Anjo's, Anjo Ult
Start of Round 2: LY Ult, Anjo Ult
Now in this round we get Qiang Liang's green/red zone which we can't in other rotations. Anjo + LY hence allow us to exploit the full 3 rounds of Qiang Liang.
Round 2/3: S1 LY, S2 LY, Anjo's
Round 4: Same as Round 1.
End of Round 4: Qiang Liang deactivate and all unused Talons will be lost. However immediately after this, Qiang Liang will be summoned again.
