La precuela de Life Is Strange nos narra toda la historia de Chloe, su soledad, los problemas familiares... y sobre todo, la ausencia de su mejor amiga de toda la vida, Max, que se ha ido a Seattle y, al parecer, se ha olvidado de ella. Un padrastro machista con el que no hace buenas migas, una situación económica delicada, drogas... son el cóctel perfecto para caer hasta lo más hondo. Pero Chloe encuentra una nueva persona en la que apoyarse para salir adelante.

Esta es la segunda entrega de la saga de Life Is Strange, aclamada por la crítica por su argumento y por su forma de narrar los problemas de la adolescencia más contemporáneos, como son el bullying y el temor a no ser aceptados.
