The group of two Flanitors and one Personal Guard at Fountain Square in Yusnaan can be lured to the highway and fought in a chaos infusion. This appears to be the only way to obtain chaos-infused Curse with the Critical: Haste + Vigilance auto-ability. It also appears to be the only way to obtain chaos-infused Cursega, for whatever that's worth.

The encounter group appears at 19:00 and disappears at 2:00, so be sure to visit within this window. You can only obtain the abilities on hard mode. Curse is available starting on Day 7, but Cursega is only available on Day 13.

Hopefully you don't get trolled on the stairs by a Reaver like I did. It would probably be best to exterminate them before doing this if you are planning on killing everything anyway.
