Testing Lightning Returns: Final Fantasy XIII in RPCS3, the Playstation 3 emulator for Windows PC. This looks pretty bad ingame, FYI. I didn't mess with any settings, but it's possible enabling write color buffers or something will help with all the flickering. However I didn't mess with the settings. This is Vulkan 4K with default settings. Enjoy!
