League Start Searches:

Claw Trade Search: https://www.pathofexile.com/trade/search/Scourge/qjkKZPdfg

This looks for ele dps claw with 1.85 Attack per second, ele DPS and an open suffix to craft crit chance. If they are too expensive lower the ele DPS. Is there is nothing reasonable available craft your own with essence of Zeal or Harvest speed essences.

This looks for shield with ailment immunity and on a dex/int base or dex base.
You will need to toggle the filters on the right. There are two sets of filters. Life or open prefix. Just filter for one of these at a time as this will show you shields that are good to go or shields that have space for a life craft.
If you want to look for an end game shield add in 20% spell suppression.
