The chr Lil isolated prefab has Ctrl Anim Npc 00 seems to be what it is.
A lot of characters share that controller (Mostly Npcs, and Luka or important somewhat characters). So now you are just looking at some anims she doesn't use which is a lot.
Otherwise it's in Passant Lila variant prefab which is similar case of above (Seems to be an in hub area of the game thing) that contains the above except it would be using Ctrl Anim Npc Hum Female. Kagami Penny Nathalie and female npcs (That aren't Chloe or Alya or who you play as or cutscene character female variants) share the Npc Female controller too.
I said to myself that mine as well upload this while I still can.
Seems only time will tell if things become written that would force me to unnaturally be permanently retired from defending Lila and being permanently retired from the series entirely or not.
Regardless of things, it doesn't change that Lila Rossi is what it means,
to be the Number 2 Headband.
