Here's a rule list about what you shouldn’t do during an Island Host.
No Quietly Leaving
You will basically make everybody in the game lose most of their items, maybe even all their items. The ACNH game will save every 3 minutes. New arrivals probably are still exploring after they just joined and collecting items. If it hasn’t been three minutes and somebody has full pockets while somebody quietly leaves, they lose all those items and have to recollect.
If there's a join limit, stick with it.
Sometimes, Link-Cherry Tree sets up limits on how many times you can join his islands.
Do not join more than what it says. For example, Link sets up a Treasure Island and limits 2 trips per person. You can join, go back to your island, and empty your inventory, then go back again. After you go again, once you leave the second time, you can’t go back to his island.
Do not stay on the Island unless allowed.
When you join his Island, only stay there for a limited amount of time. Link and his mods normally ask you to “Take and Go”. Meaning, when you join, you grab your wants and needs, then leave his island. Many people watch his live streams during the island host and many people would like to join. So, please do this so we don’t cause traffic.
Be patient.
This is a very big problem. When Link hosts his islands, and they are full, please don’t start whining and complaining like, “Please leave!!”, “Get off your nook phones!!!”, “Let me in!”, and, “Let me leave omg!!” . You must stay calm, you will get to leave, and join his island eventually, you don’t need to whine to us about it. If it becomes a serious problem the Mods and Link will deal with it.
No bullying, spam, or harassment.
Our channel doesn’t like bullying, harassment, or any type of things that might offend people. Please do not spam in the chat, for attention. Mods and Link can easily hide you, or time you out if you do this, that also goes for bullying and harassment. We have a lot of younger audiences that may be sensitive to inappropriate talk and bullying. So please, don’t do this.
