NOTE! If u dont get .NET4.0 working then try the follwing:

"Create a .txt file in notepad and write the numbers '49520' without the ' '. Save it as 'steam_appid.txt' and save it in your Steam directory 'Steam\steamapps\common\Borderlands 2\Binaries\Win32' and run Borderlands2.exe"
no extra tweaks: installer provided vcrun 2008 and 2010 and dotnetfx40.
framerate seems to be fine without any drops so far (ofc recorder only does 23 fps like seen from the script :()

NOTE if u cant get online! try winetricks winhttp
