1. Autocomposer - https://store.kde.org/p/1502826/ - applies to all fullscreen apps
2. Edit gamemode.ini custom section - applies to all games using gamemode in Steam, Heroic Launcher or Lutris - https://linux-gaming.kwindu.eu/index.php?title=Compositor
cd /usr/share/gamemode
sudo nano gamemode.ini
add these to [custom]
start=kdialog --title 'Gamemode' --passivepopup 'Started' 2
start=qdbus org.kde.KWin /Compositor org.kde.kwin.Compositing.suspend
end=kdialog --title 'Gamemode' --passivepopup 'Stopped' 2
end=qdbus org.kde.KWin /Compositor org.kde.kwin.Compositing.resume
3. Create window rule - applies to specific game only
