▷ 2 oz (60 ml) Wuyi/Bohea Tea Reduction (Spice & Tea Exchange)
▷ 1 oz (30 ml) Infused-Honey Syrup
▷ 0.25 oz (7.5 ml) Lemon Juice
▷ 10 drops (0.25 ml) Sichuan-infused Sesame Oil
▷ 1 scoop Pebble Ice
Method: Swizzle until the ice has dissolved, pour into a glass, and top with additional ice
Garnish: One Dehydrated Lemon Wheel

Method: Shake briefly with pebble ice, pour over

▷ 1 oz (30 ml) White Chocolate Liqueur (Trader Vic's)
▷ 1 oz (30 ml) Whipped Cream Vodka (Pinnacle)
▷ 0.5 oz (15 ml) Black Raspberry Liqueur (Chambord)
▷ 0.5 oz (15 ml) Blue Curaçao (Bols), separated
▷ A splash of Grenadine (Rose's), separated
Method: Shake & Strain into a chilled martini, layer Curaçao and Grenadine

▷ 2 dashes Aromatic Bitters (Angostura)
▷ 2 dashes Orange Bitters (The Bitter Truth)
