http://www.isrtv.com presents a quick look at the FL2 adapter by Basherboards.

Some of you like Jason may have upgraded your wheel from the Logitech G25 or G27 to another brand on the market. Most other wheel and pedal sets on the market don't come with a shifter. This adapter by Basherbaords allows you to run your Logitech G25 or G27 shifter on it's own via USB port. You even get to use the buttons with it.

It also works plugged directly into most Fanatec wheels.
