0Logrosán (Spanish pronunciation: [loɣɾoˈsan]) is a municipality within the province of Cáceres in Extremadura, Spain. It is the capital of the administrative and commercial sub-area of Don Benito-Villanueva. Logrosán was an important and growing community in the first half of the 20th century. The area was once home to a population of over 8,000 due to its large role in the Mining industry during the 19th and 20th centuries. It is currently administered by the City Council of Logrosán.
