This change allows for games to boot and run at stable framerates at resolutions higher than native 4K.This also fixes crashes on games with modded native resolutions due to running out of texture cache.Potentially can improve Performance/Stuttering on games that previously were able to run at 4K or higher modded Resolutions..................
