Tips that I forgot to mention in the video because I assumed you must have figured this out if you did this run:
1) Come back to the middle of the room so you don't get stuck on the wall and that horrible camera.
2) Whilst doing above, keep going to a kissing distance to the Lone Shadow. Yeah, literally kissing distance, that is the only way to ensure that he will keep attacking or his posture meter will die down.
3) You you use Mikiri Counter, this is very very easy.
4) If you're still struggling, go back to Hirata Estate and fight the other Minister there first. He does almost the same attacks and you have a bit more breathing room there than this:
