Look Outside Failed Ritual Speedrun in 10:30
3Still a lot of room to improve! This was played in 1.05 btw.
GUIDE:
1. Kill the wounded neighbor using the bat and interact with the corpse for Bloody Knife.
2. Enter Vincent’s apartment and grab the guinea pig (Cinnamon) from the door on the far left.
3. Go down to Floor 2 and equip the Bloody Knife before the Grinning Beast fight.
4. Use Carve on the Grinning Beast three times.
5. Recruit Leigh, go down the hall and only grab the pistol, then enter Apt 21.
6. Optimize Sam, then Leigh. Kill Lyle—use Multishot with Sam before the Polaroid appears. Once it appears, switch to Single Shot with Sam and Homerun with Leigh.
7. Enter Lyle’s darkroom and take 2 sheets of photo paper.
8. Go through Lyle’s bathroom to reach Floor 1.
9. After exiting into the hallways, follow this path: Right → Up → Up → Right, then take the first door.
10. Go right and pick up the Child Barrier Key, then go down and interact with the rat baby. Choose “Keep it”, then leave the room.
11. Skip the dialogue then take the baby.
12. After leaving the room, follow this path: Right → Down → Left, then enter the first visible door.
13. Feed the rat baby to the Wall Mouth, grab the Earth Disc, and leave the room.
14. Follow this path: Right → Down → Left, and enter the painter’s room.
15. Talk to the painter, exhaust all dialogue options, then go to the fridge and attack the monster.
16. Spam Multishot with Sam and Special Bat Attack with Leigh. After the fight, talk to the painter again to receive Turpentine.
17. Go to the room on the right. Use the turpentine to kill both Frederics in the two right-side rooms of this area.
18. Return to the painter and speak to him to get the Canvas Bag.
19. Follow this path: Right → Down → Left, Use the Earth Disc on the door, enter, and grab the Mars Disc, dodging the monster.
20. Exit the room and follow this path: Right → Up → Up → Right.
21. Take the staircase to the Ground Floor and insert both discs.
22. Go through the Ground Floor and meet Jasper. Give him the following items: Guinea Pig, Canvas Bag, Photo Paper, Photo Paper. Then, take the staircase all the way up to Floor 3, enter the roof, and interact and exhaust dialogue with the 4 astrologers.
23. Walk to the ritual circle.
24. Done.
