A beta is currently going on for Call of Duty Modern Warfare ahead of its release next month and unsurprisingly it looks like loot boxes will be featured in this year's game. Microtransactions appear yearly now in Call of Duty, but with the recent push back for loot boxes it is a bit surprising to see Activision lean into them once again.
